Bird's-eye view - dated September 20th, 2013
This Bird's-eye view on weekly posts is coming after a gap, as I was away for a vacation.
I browsed through the articles in last two weeks - thinking that I should write it for posts during last two weeks. However, the posts that caught my eye were mostly from this week only.
1. Professional/personal development
- First post that caught my attention was put by Sunil, titled "Who is Raghu Rajan? The fascinating career path of the IIT Delhi educated economist." - an interesting read.
2. Entrepreneurship ideas
- I liked "BREAKTHROUGH: Zero Point Energy harnessed for creating energy from nothing" by Shalender.
- "QueryHome: Your Technical Social Network" by Salil is another interesting idea that is in demand. Now a days when most of us meet and share online - 'finding relevance' efficiently is a challenge. A refined version of the idea is really required by the community.
- Another interesting concepts that pulls me towards the days of assembling a PC is "An idea - http://9gag.com/gag/axN0Nr2?ref=fb.s - a must watch video .."
3. Life in general
- Topics of maximum interest in the the posts were 'Big Data' and 'E-commerce'.
- An interesting post is "A Case for Wise Models in Analytics" by Roopam.
- A thought posted by Deepti "What would you do if you had all the money in this world?" is interesting to checkout.
- Further, an interesting thought shared was "To all my TEACHERS, including my daughter", on teachers day.
4. MUST NOTICE
- A helping post by Priyank "URGENT WEATHER ALERT!!! Colorado floods" can be relevant to a few".
More again next week :)
